Due to the customized nature of printing, refunds are not issued after a job has been approved and sent to production. Cancellations may be accepted before printing begins, but any incurred costs will be deducted.
Please review your proofs carefully—Mona Graphic Printers is not responsible for errors that were approved by the client.
